This meditation is set around a massive crystal grid, with restorative yoga. We will do individual one-card readings prior to settling in.

Invite sound to deeply-immerse ones full body into a listening experience. Using sound vibration to invite gentle yet powerful nurturing of the mind, body, and soul so homeostasis can be achieved. The session can be experienced sitting or laying as per preference. A blanket or eye pillow can be brought in addition to yoga mat.

Crystal bracelets are a great way one can carry the crystal vibrational support with. It can become a daily practice of intention setting and manifesting, as one places their bracelet around their wrist. Small stock of crystal, so if looking for something specific please reach out prior. Each will go home with their own crystal bracelet and an understanding of how it can support one's journey.

Earth, Wind, Air, Fire, Either; time spent connecting with the elements brings one back into harmony within and around. Time spent forest bathing to let the elements bring forth messages of release, manifestation, and clarity of dreams.

In the traditional way, contracts were made and unbroken with others as well as the universe. This ceremony is all about giving gratitude and setting intentions with universal energy. (Each attendee is required to bring a natural item for the salt bowl that will not be returned specifically to them, Items like; Fav oils, herbs, salts, crystals, dried/fresh flowers, and any natural item). Once done each will take a lil jar of intention-infused salts home with them.

Connecting in with the energy of the moon this session will be customized in ritual. Filled with manifesting intentions and releasing what no longer serves one on their journey, working with the energy the moon is supporting, and pulling into one’s awareness.

Crystal Grids combine sacred geometry shapes with the energetic/metaphysical properties of crystals. We will go through how and why one would build and use their grid to set intentions to shift and expand their energetic connection and knowledge. Really, the use of grids is endless! Each Participant goes home with their own crystal personalized intention grid.

Following the open discussion you will feel confident in going home with the knowledge of how one takes care of crystals: cleansing, charging, and programming the crystals with intentions and affirmations.

Level 02: Crystal Grids

Just as everything has a beginning we will start out with the Seed of Life Grid for the workshop & discuss the others.

Create harmony within, supported by the help of a healing crystal grid. A unique workshop that is all about Crystal Grids for beginners or just crystal lovers.

Learn how to enrich your life with sacred geometry, connecting to the crystal’s amazing energy. You will learn how to design and install your own grid at home to bring abundance, peace, protection, and wellbeing to your everyday life as you amplify your intentions into fruition.

For the workshop, I have created special grid outlines for you to choose from. These energy-infused handmade grids, crystals, and grid outlines are yours to keep.

You will feel confident going home with the knowledge of how one takes care of crystals: cleansing, charging, and programming the crystals with intentions and affirmations.
