IN-PERSON ENERGY HEALING

First, we will start with a consultation to discuss your goals, questions, and concerns about the session. During the Energy treatment, which is a full body experience, you may feel warmth, coolness, traveling of energy throughout the body, or simply feel total relaxation. I find that some people who are more visual tend to see a kaleidoscope of colours or visuals. Others may take a nap. Conscious or not, the universal energy is working optimally.

As the blockages are being released and chakras are being balanced, you will experience a rebalancing process that may evoke a variety of emotions or physical sensations, like heat/coolness, body tingles, or become hungry. This usually occurs when a deeply embedded trauma or attachment is finally released from the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
It is essential to allow your mind, body, and soul to acknowledge the energy that has been released during your energy healing treatment and fill that space with new, light, healing energies. DISTANCED ENERGY SESSIONS

Experience a healing session from the comfort of your own home.
I will connect with your energetic field at a distance at the time we agreed upon, assessing any blockages/imbalances in your seven main Chakras (also two above the head and one below the feet), and throughout the body. Then, I will channel Energy to you while receiving intuitive guidance as I move through your energetic and physical body system.
After the session, I will provide you with an in-depth assessment of your energy analysis along with any messages I may have received. You will also be provided with an image of the card/descriptor pulled for your session and the grid created to support your journey.

GROW WITH THE GRID
SESSION AND CRYSTAL GRID

We begin with the creation of a crystal energy grid designed to tap into the issues and intentions that you and the crystal grid have indicated you would like to focus on during our session.
As we allow the energy to work during our time together, I pull the key ideas, challenges, and pathway forward in your journey.
After we complete this session, I spend time downloading and customizing a grid with all of the crystals that I feel will empower you as you grow in your spiritual journey.
The grid and crystals are yours to keep, this process is completed within two weeks following your session. It will serve to reinforce, support, and energize your intention as you realize your higher self.
As you grow and evolve in your journey, consider a “Grow with the Grid - Level Up Session” where we either build, reconstruct or add to your current grid to serve your Souls contract.

In her Grid energy sessions, she creates a crystal grid by tapping into the energy you are currently in. During an animal communication session, I communicate intuitively with the animal. Energy is a wonderful way to deepen your connection and strengthen the bond between you and your animal. Plus, it also has an irresistibly relaxing nature that just feels good.

An animal communication session can be conducted in-person or over the phone or video (Zoom, FaceTime, etc.) When booking a phone or video session, I will ask you to send me a picture of your animal via email prior to the session.
During our time together, I check in with your animal to find out what is going on, how they are feeling, and what they want you to know. I then answer any questions you have for them or about them. My intuitive communication and connection with your pet offers profound insight and healing.
