This workshop is your opportunity to create your own drum, a sacred journey in connection to self.When you build a drum, you create a little piece of yourself, a tool that can assist you in connecting to your heartbeat, and the heartbeat of Mother Earth. The heartbeat represents rhythm, the rhythm of life, the flow in which we all live.

Chris and Michelle guide you along this sacred journey of building your drum. Two loving souls whose passion is to assist you, offering their insights and wisdom. They create an exceptional experience that is felt deep within your heart and soul. They guide each step of the way in creating your drum!

The afternoon will begin in knowledge shared and ceremony of calling in Mother Nature | Guidance of the Elements & Ancestors. Paired together we will build our drums in support of each other and sharing in stories and light. In closing we will be blessed by Chris playing the flute as smudging each of the drums. Weather permitting we will them move outside to offer Gratitude to Mother Nature for this beautiful connection. The choice then to sit with your drum on Sacred Forest Acres to witness a name | medicine energy come through from your hide of the animal chosen or any other message from your drum. Time is allotted, yet may not all be required for the journey. Drums will require dry time following workshop.

You may choose to color your hide for your drum (please give notice prior), or leave it natural. Crystals can be added to the rawhide lace handle of your drum, choice to bring your own or purchase on site.

A non refundable deposit of $100 is required to register.
